Terms of service
These terms apply to purchases on kookut.com. The shop is run by Swisspaws Sàrl, Rue de la Tour-de-l’Île 4, 1204 Geneva, Switzerland (“Kookut”, “we”). Contact: hello@kookut.com.
1. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. We sell to private customers. Breeders and retailers order through their own accounts and may have separate conditions.
2. Products
We describe our products as accurately as we can, with their composition and analytical constituents as printed on the label. If the label and the website ever differ, the label on the product you receive applies. Photos may differ slightly from the product.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in the currency of your country and include VAT where it applies. Delivery costs are shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay. For deliveries outside Switzerland and the EU, local duties or taxes may apply. We may change prices at any time; the price shown when you place your order applies.
4. Orders and contract
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a price was clearly wrong; in that case we refund any amount paid.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we don’t store your card details.
6. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are on our Delivery page and at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll sort it out (see our Refund policy).
7. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency you choose, at the current price of each product minus the subscription discount. Before each subscription order, we send you a reminder email, so you can skip, change or cancel it in time. You can skip, change or cancel at any time from your account, before the next order is prepared.
8. Returns and right of withdrawal
See our Refund policy. If you live in the EU, it also explains your 14-day right of withdrawal.
9. Feeding information
Feeding guidelines are a general reference. Adjust them to your animal’s age, weight, activity and health, and ask a vet if your animal has a medical condition. Complementary foods (our fillets) are meant to be fed alongside a complete food.
10. Reviews and messages
If you post a review or send us content, you allow us to publish and use it on our website and channels. Reviews must be honest and lawful; we may remove those that aren’t.
11. Liability
We are liable as required by law. We are not liable for indirect damage, or for damage caused by using our products against the label instructions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

13. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. If you are a consumer living in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence. Courts: Geneva, or your place of residence where the law allows you to choose it.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
