Delivery
1. General
Delivery times are given as an indication only.
KOOKUT cannot be held responsible for delays in deliveries due in particular to cases of force majeure, transport problems or any other reason beyond its control.
In case of temporary unavailability of an item, we cannot guarantee the delivery time.
In the event of difficult weather conditions (heavy snowfall, floods, heatwave…), shipments and deliveries may be disrupted, without KOOKUT being liable.
No orders are dispatched or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, the day before and the day after public holidays.
2. Delivery times and rates
Switzerland: 2–5 working days.
- Standard (Swiss Post Economy): CHF 10, free from CHF 50.
- Express (Swiss Post Priority or DHL Express), for orders from CHF 50: CHF 5, free from CHF 100.
France: 2–7 working days.
- Pickup point (Mondial Relay, DPD or Chronopost Shop2Shop): EUR 5.90, free from EUR 50.
- Home delivery (DPD Predict): EUR 6.90, free from EUR 70.
- Home delivery (Chronopost): EUR 10, free from EUR 100.
Germany: 2–7 working days. EUR 5.90, free from EUR 50.
Austria, Italy, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Vatican City: 2–7 working days. EUR 10, free from EUR 50.
Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands: 3–7 working days. EUR 5.90, free from EUR 70.
Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Sweden: CHF 10, free from CHF 70 (charged in your currency).
