Where we deliver
Switzerland and most of Europe, including France, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

Delivery times
Switzerland: 2–5 working days. Europe: 2–7 working days. These are estimates. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends and public holidays.

Damaged or lost parcels
Write to hello@kookut.com with your order number (and a photo if something arrived damaged). We’ll replace or refund it, at our cost.
