RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES
1. GENERAL
Delivery times are given as an indication only.
KOOKUT cannot be held responsible for delays in deliveries due in particular to cases of force majeure, transport problems or any other reason beyond its control.
In case of temporary unavailability of an item, we cannot guarantee the delivery time.
In the event of difficult weather conditions (heavy snowfall, floods, heatwave…), shipments and deliveries may be disrupted, without KOOKUT being liable.
No orders are dispatched or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, the day before and the day after public holidays.
2. TABLE OF RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times :
- Switzerland and Liechtenstein: 2-5 working days after order
- Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal and Spain: 2-7 working days after order
Delivery rates :
- Switzerland and Liechtenstein: free delivery for orders above CHF50. Under CHF50, CHF10 fee is applied.
- France: Mondial Relay: free delivery for orders above EUR50 with. Under EUR50, EUR10 fee is applied. Colissimo: free delivery for orders above EUR70 with. Under EUR10, EUR70 fee is applied
- Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal and Spain: free delivery for orders above EUR70. Under EUR70, EUR10 fee is applied.
